Sometimes as an artist, out of a desire to improve you spend so much time looking for flaws in your own work that they're kind of all you can see, but when you're actually able to take a step back and just kind of third party observe your work, it's like "Oh this is nice! This is nice art. Did I do that?" and I think that's important and healthy
